可以用yes与no回答的疑问句都是一般疑问句,

在特殊疑问句中,疑问词不同,相应的回答也不相同:

由what, who, where和how提出的问句是特殊疑问句，对于他们提出的问题，我们不能用yes和No回答，而要用一个陈述句或短语来作出明确的回答。

（一）、what 通常对“物”提问，如东西的名称，人的姓名等，也可对“几班，几号，几排”等提问。

例句:--What's this? --It's a computer.

--What's your number? --I'm Number2,in Row3.

--What's five minus one? --It's four.

--What't your name? --My name is Lin Tao.

（二）、how “怎么样”如果想询问别人的身体状况，可用how提问。询问年龄时与old连用。

例句:--How are you? --I'm fine,thank you.

--How old are you? --I'm twelve years old.

（三）、where “在哪里”、“哪儿”通常用来询问某人或某物在什么地方。

例句:--Where is the washroom? --It's over there.

--Where is Cindy? --She is in the classroom.

（四）、who “谁”通常用以询问人的身份。

例句:--Who is him? --He's my brother.

--Who isn't here today? --Tony.
