不带的情况：

1当是跟在这些词后面时let make have,和 sound hear这一系列的感官动词

2.当句子前有个不定式 且有介词连接时.

像表连接的词有and of except but than ,rather than,

3不定式作表语时，如果前面主语或主语从句中有动词do或do的各种词形，那么不定式一般不带to

接“to”的情况：有些动词后面必须要跟to做动宾短语，例如：

listen to

accustom(ed) to习惯于/使自己习惯于

amount to达到某一数量

appeal to呼吁/向…呼吁请求

apply to(or for)适用于或与for连用申请

attach(ed) to附属于

attend to参加/出席

belong to属于

object to反对
