CGSR认证简介

CGSR制度，对应的法规是《消费者保护(消费品安全要求)制度2011》(Consumer Protection(Consumer Goods Safety Requirements) Regulations 2011)，新加坡政府为了强化消费品安全管控，自2011年4月1日起强制实施该制度。

CGSR认证范围

CGSR的强制产品基本覆盖绝大部分消费品，除部分已有单独管控制度的产品外(如CPS制度)，只要可以适用于ISO, IEC, EN, ASTM标准的消费品，都在CGSR管控范围内，下面列举比较常见的消费品：

1.儿童产品，如婴儿床Children’s products, such as walkers and cribs

2.玩具产品，如玩具球、气球Toys, such as balloons, balls and rattle

3.CPS制度下之外的电子电器产品及燃气产品Electrical, electronic and gas products that are not regulated under the Consumer

Protection (Safety Requirements) Registration Scheme (CPS Scheme)

4.家具产品，比如床垫Furniture, mattresses and bedding

5.DIY产品，比如家居装饰产品DIY products, such as power tools and home improvement products

6.服装Apparel

7.运动及娱乐产品，如自行车Sports and recreation products such as bicycles and treadmills

8.文具产品，如书写工具Stationery products, such as writing instruments and paper items

9.其他产品，如装饰品、手表等Others such as costume jewellery and watches
