跟进意向顾客的销售技巧:

1. 主动出击,联系客户

salespeople should take the initiative to contact customers, rather than passively waiting for them to reach out. Passive waiting can lead to losing potential clients. It's important to proactively communicate with customers, inquiring if they have received our product information, emails, and if there are any remaining questions or requirements regarding our products and technology, or pricing.

2. 持之以恒,保持联系

Maintain regular communication with clients at least once a week. This can be done via phone calls, WeChat, text messages, and other effective channels. Such frequent communication shows respect and attention to the client, while also reminding them of our existence. When clients have genuine needs, they are more likely to think of us first.

3. 周末问候,巩固关系

Send personalized greetings to key clients every Friday evening. This includes clients who have already signed contracts, those on the verge of doing so, key prospects, and those of high importance who may require long-term attention. Personalized messages help in reinforcing the relationship.

4. 优先面谈,增强交流

Whenever possible, choose face-to-face meetings for follow-ups. A successful in-person meeting can significantly improve client relationships and increase the likelihood of a sale. Telephone conversations might not allow the client to fully engage or take your advice and product introductions seriously.

5. 每次跟进,确认意向

At the end of every conversation with a client, always ask about their current intention regarding the purchase and the specifics of the product. This ensures progress is made with each interaction. Discussing irrelevant topics can be a waste of time for both parties and may result in unnecessary losses.
