在控制类的SCI期刊中，投稿难度普遍较大，尤其是对于普通稿件来说。如果稿件质量较高，可以尝试投稿至SIAM Journal on Control and Optimization，或者International Journal of Systems Science, International Journal of Control等期刊，这些期刊相对较为友好。Automatica, IEEE AC, Systems and Control Letters等期刊投稿难度较大。

如果倾向于计算数学类期刊，可以考虑Applied Numerical Mathematics, Journal of Computational and Applied Mathematics, Applied Mathematics and Computation等。不过，现在数学类期刊（包括控制类）的审稿周期普遍较长，通常需要小半年才能收到审稿意见。

如果需要快速投稿，可以考虑推荐一个期刊社，他们的审稿速度较快。我有一个朋友就是在这样的期刊社投稿，他是北大核心期刊，预计半年的审稿时间，结果只用了两个月就拿到样刊。
