expect的用法：expect主要是用作动词，表示“期望；指望；认为；预料；期待；预期”的意思，通常是用作及物动词，其后可接名词、代词、动词不定式或that从句作宾语，也可接以动词不定式充当补足语的复合宾语。

expect的宾语从句若是否定式，常可用于转移否定结构，即把否定词移至主句。但在对话中则既可采用I don't expect so的形式，也可采取I expect not的形式，后者为非正式的语体。
