Students having been several years, some may still feel nervous when there comes a test. They are afraid of getting a terrible score or some sudden situation happened before the test begins which make them uncomfortable. To get rid of such kind of emotion there are some advice I can provide.
First they need to be calm down. Before a test, they could drink a cup of coffee and have a good sleep. It’s stupid to stay up when tomorrow have a test waiting for the students because lacking sleep would disturb a tester’s mind and lower his or her attention.
The other point is the most common one that is to be well prepared for a test. I think to most extent the reason people may feel anxious before a test is they fail to finish the books and homework teacher ordered.
