实验材料：两片面包，水，一个纸袋

实验方法：（1）取1片面包，撕（slice）成两半，一个放在干燥环境，一个上边洒点水

（2）再取一片面包，撕成两半，一个放在黑暗环境中（装在纸袋里），另一个放在强光下

实验结果：上边洒水的面包上霉菌长得快

放在纸袋里的面包上的霉菌长得快

实验结论：霉菌在潮湿黑暗的环境中长得快
