再补充点，你只要给他们汇款了应该就没事，这封信可能是你汇款之前他们发出的，或者这只是一句提醒，每封信上都有的，不需要太担心。

给工作人员写信只要有礼貌，能说明白意思就行了，又不需要像给教授写信那样还有留个好印象。下次你可以试试自己写。如果没有得到你想要的回答可以再写信询问，他们都是很耐心的。还可以顺便锻炼下英语写作。
