这个视频其实主要讲的是怎么改良一个氢气制取方法。这个人应该还有一个较早的视频讲的是氢气的具体制取方法。那么就先就这个视频来翻译一下。
The Hydrogen Generator Cell (Upgrade).
We upgraded the plates we use in the cell and solved the water discoloration problem.
引言：我们改进了原来的装备目的是要解决水变色的问题。
As you saw in the original cell, we had a lot of discoloration in the water. I came to find out that the blades were actually rusting up since they were steel or iron. We are actually gonna make the plates and upgrade the cell out of thick aluminum foil.

For the upgrade we need:
- Aluminum foil serving tray
- Double sided sticky tape
- Pair of scissors
- 1 Ft of wire
需要用具：烤蛋糕用的锡纸托盘， 双面胶带，剪刀，1英尺（大概30厘米）导线
Sure you've seen these containers before. And just cut out slits up of this container. Try to find out the straightest part. Use a rolling pin to actually flatten the surface out. I've done so on a huge piece of this right here. I've cut out plates, four plates, in this shape. All of them stack them up, just cut them with scissors, regular kitchen shears woodware. There’s also a slot to cut out just like so on one corner, the other one you actually chop off the corner. And stack them up, put double-sided sticky tape in the middle of them. I used five of them, just as shown on this one. Remove all the protection of the double-sided sticky tape, and put the next plate on, facing the slot the other way from this plate. As we are gonna alternate all the plates... each one... the first one being positive, second one negative, third one positive, and the forth one is going to be negative again.
Alright, we're done assembling the plates, and all four plates are separated with the double-sided sticky tape. This time I used three layers of double-sided sticky tape, since we are gonna need more gap, since the plates are bigger. The plate size is 4'' by 2''. Through the slots I bent the tabs out, and then punched a hole with the hole punch. Right through there, we are gonna put our wires through, right over here, this tab and this tab, one’s gonna be positive and one’s gonna be negative.

找一个烤蛋糕用的锡纸托盘 （超市里应该能买到）。
把托盘四周高起来的部分剪掉，留下底面备用。将底面压平。
用底面剪出 4 个长方形的平面，长4英寸，宽2英寸 （大约10厘米长，5厘米宽。）
参照视频53秒左右。在平面的一角剪一条缝（不要把那个角剪掉），把另外的一个角彻底剪掉。将4个平面都这样做。
参照视频1:09分。在一张平面的一面贴上双面胶带。只要少贴几处就行了。然后拿起第二张平面，注意要翻过来再贴到第一张平面上。就是第二张被剪掉的那个角落要和第一张没有被剪掉的角落吻合。然后用同样的方法翻转着把第三和第四张平面也贴在一起。为了能让相邻的平面的间隔距离大一些，每处我都用了三层双面胶带。都贴好后就像视频1:45分一样。注意平面的缺角是每隔一层交替的，即第一和第三层是正极，第二和第四层是负极。
像视频1:45分那样，把第一和第三层开缝的那部分折叠到一侧，把第二和第四层开缝的部分折叠到另一侧。在折叠后的小片上打孔，然后把正负极的导线分别连接到每一侧开孔的小片上。即大功告成了！
Okay we've got our cell assembled with our new upgraded aluminum foil plate. We’re gonna fire it up and see how it goes. Here we go…
See there's much less discoloration with aluminum foil in there and still sufficient amount of hydrogen being produced as you can see in the bubble there. That is a great amount of hydrogen.
Alright, we've had our cell running for a few minutes. I’d say about 8 minutes or so. And all you see is hygrogen, no discoloration in the water, no problems at all actually.
As you can see I may have to make a new bottle or something, ‘cause this one is losing its form. It’s actually burning a little bit away. But I can make another addition on top, but that’ll be the next upgrade. Tune in for that one.
